Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GravPack, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GravPack ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GravPack. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using GravPack on behalf of a household or organization, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
2. Beta Access
GravPack is currently in private beta. Access is limited and provided at our sole discretion. Beta features may be incomplete, subject to change, or removed without notice. We appreciate your feedback during this period and use it to improve the product.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you add to GravPack, including inventory items, photos, and household information ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. GravPack is a tracking tool and does not verify the accuracy of inventory data, expiration dates, or readiness assessments you provide.
6. Preparedness Disclaimer
GravPack is designed to help households organize and track supplies. It is not a substitute for professional emergency preparedness advice, medical guidance, or official government recommendations. Readiness scores and gap reports are estimates based on data you provide and should not be relied upon as guarantees of safety or sufficiency in any emergency situation.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service — including the GravPack name, logo, app design, and software — belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, trade names, or brand elements without our prior written permission.
8. Subscription and Pricing
During the beta period, GravPack is provided at no charge. Pricing for future paid tiers will be communicated clearly before any charges apply. You will never be billed without explicit consent.
9. Termination
You may stop using GravPack at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may request an export of your data before terminating your account.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GravPack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.
